1. Application Submission through StudyLeo Platform

Applicants begin by creating an account on the StudyLeo platform, where all required documents — including passport copy, high school diploma, transcript, exam result, and photo — are uploaded. The applicant selects the desired faculty and program, completes personal details, and submits the online application for evaluation by Başkent University’s International Office.

2. Evaluation and Conditional Acceptance

After submission, the admissions team reviews the student’s academic background and exam results. If the application meets the university’s standards, a Conditional Offer Letter is issued through StudyLeo. The student must then confirm interest and, if required, pay the initial tuition deposit to secure their place.

3. Final Acceptance and Registration

Once payment is verified and all original documents are approved, the university issues an Official Acceptance Letter. This letter is used for the student visa application and university registration in Ankara. Upon arrival, the student completes registration, attends the orientation, and begins studies at Başkent University.
