Cappadocia University's Ürgüp Factory Campus, formerly the Ürgüp Tekel Wine Factory, is an adaptive reuse site blending history with modern education. Established in 1944, it was transformed in 2020 to house the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Fine Arts. The campus features design studios, research labs, and the unique underground cellar, now used for cultural events and exhibitions, providing a rich, creative environment for students and preserving the site’s industrial heritage.
