Bachelor
- Collect and certify your application dossier: Gather a scanned copy of your high-school diploma (or predicted-grades certificate), full transcript, passport photo page, a recent photo, and proof of English or Turkish proficiency. Have all documents translated into English or Turkish and notarized.
- Submit the online application: Apply through StudyLeo portal, select your desired bachelor program, upload the certified documents, and track your application status through the portal.
- Secure your seat and finalize enrollment: If you receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter, confirm it by paying the tuition deposit stated in the letter. The university then issues an Official Acceptance Letter, which you use to obtain a Turkish student visa. Arrive on campus by the registration deadline with original documents, visa, and payment receipt to complete enrollment.

Associate

- Submit your online application: Apply through StudyLeo portal, choose your preferred bachelor’s program, and upload all certified documents. You can monitor the progress of your application directly through the portal.
- Confirm acceptance and complete enrollment: Once you receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter, secure your spot by paying the tuition deposit specified in the offer. After payment, the university issues your Official Acceptance Letter, which is required for your Turkish student visa application. Bring your original documents, visa, and payment proof to campus by the registration deadline to finalize your enrollment.

PhD
- Apply via StudyLeo: Create a StudyLeo account, choose the Doğuş University PhD program, and upload all notarized and translated documents (diplomas, transcripts, passport, photos, CV, and language proof).
- Evaluation & Interview: Your application is reviewed by Doğuş University’s Graduate School. If eligible, you’ll be invited for an online or on-campus interview to assess your academic readiness.
- Acceptance & Enrollment: Receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter through StudyLeo, pay the deposit, and obtain the Official Acceptance Letter. Use it for your student visa and submit original documents upon arrival to complete registration.

Master
- Prepare & Translate Required Documents – Gather your undergraduate diploma (or graduation certificate), full transcript, passport copy, and an accepted English / Turkish-language-proficiency result; translate all items into English or Turkish and notarize them if they are in another language.
- Complete the Online Application – Create an account on StudyLeo portal, select your master’s program, upload the certified files, and submit the form to be evaluated for provisional admission.
- Finalize Registration After Acceptance – Upon receiving the offer, appear on campus by the stated deadline with the original diploma and transcript, Council of Higher Education “Certificate of Recognition” and, if required, Equivalency Certificate, language-test proof, passport, and four color photos to complete enrollment.
