1.Application Submission:
Students must complete the online application form and upload all required documents, including their high school diploma, transcript, passport, language certificate, and exam results such as SAT, ACT, or IB.
2.Evaluation by the Faculty Commission:
After submitting the documents, the university’s Faculty Commission reviews each application based on academic performance, exam results, and motivation letters. Only the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for admission.
3.Acceptance and Enrollment:
Successful applicants receive an official acceptance letter and must complete the tuition payment and registration procedures before the semester begins. Afterward, students receive their student ID and can begin their academic journey at Acıbadem University.
1.Online Application & Document Submission
Fill out the university’s online graduate application form, upload all required documents (transcripts, diploma, language test scores, CV, statement of purpose, reference letters, etc.) within the designated application window.
2.Exam / Interview Evaluation
Candidates are assessed via a written exam (e.g. general biology) and an oral interview. Applicants must score above the minimum threshold to proceed.
3.Acceptance, Registration, and Enrollment
Admitted students receive an acceptance letter, pay the tuition fee (or fees after scholarship evaluation), complete final registration, and begin courses on the set start date.
1.Fill out and submit the PhD application form along with all required documents (transcripts, diploma or provisional certificate, CV, statement of purpose, two reference letters, English proficiency certificate, exam scores, ID/passport copy, photograph, and military status if applicable).
2.Your submitted exam scores and English proficiency will be evaluated to check whether they meet the minimum criteria for admission.
3.If accepted for further review, you will be invited for an interview, and the final admission decision will be based on the combination of your academic record, test scores, and performance in the interview.

3.Admission Decision & Payment:
After reviewing your application, the university will notify you of their decision. If accepted, you will need to pay the required confirmation fee or deposit to secure your place in the program.
